All items bid in manufacturers' standard colors and construction. <br /> 3.) Items.CS-46 and CS-47: LSI. is bid.based upon 100% standard L-44 design materials and construction. <br /> Any LSI offered options ort changes to this standad are an an additional charge. LSI standard <br /> vertical surface colors per LSI color chart. Door & drawer & cabinet body edge banding: Flat edge PVC <br /> or HPL (mfr's option), color matched to door/drawer face. Hinge Type: LSI Standard 5-Knuckle Hinge. <br /> Locks: LSI standard included for all cabinets. LSI quote is based on award within 30 days. <br /> 4.) Item CS-49: Bid is based on stage covered in either black Tuffdeck or carpet. The draperies have been <br /> bid in Tivoli fabric which complies with NFPA 701 Flame Resistant Test. <br /> 5.) In the case of any construction delay, R. Lord Co. requires 30-days advance notice prior to requested <br /> ship date in order to change delivery date. <br /> 6.) Should a delay warrant storage charges, the fee will be $500.00 per month with a one-month minimum. <br /> 7.) Re-delivery charage from the storage facility to the site will be billed at $25.00/man, per hour. <br /> 8.) If items are to be off-loaded at the site and put into storage to be installed/assembled at a later date, <br /> the Town will be charged for the extra trip at a rate of $25.00/man hour, including travel time. <br />
