Submit the adopted by-la-,., with the required supporting <br /> papers to the Massachusetts Aeronautics Commission for <br /> approval., <br /> 6� After approval, the Massachusetts Aeronautles Caaimmission <br /> will submit the bar-law to the Attorney General for apo <br /> proaa'10 <br /> 7.
