SP <br /> SECTION 7: LAND SPACE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Y <br /> 7.1 No building or structure shall be built nor shall any <br /> existing building or structure be enlarged or altered <br /> except in conformance with the regulations of this <br /> Zoning By-Law as to lot coverage, lot area, land area <br /> per dwelling unit, lot width, front, side and rear yards, <br /> and maximum height of structures, in the several <br /> districts as set forth below except as may otherwise <br /> be provided elsewhere in this Zoning By-Law. <br /> 7.2 The land and yard spaces required for any new build- <br /> ing or use shall not include any land or area required <br /> by any other building or use to fulfill zoning require- <br /> ments. <br /> 7.3 If more than one building (other than a one., two or <br /> three car garage, a tool-shed,a greenhouse or a cabana) <br /> may lawfully be placed on any lot in a single or com= <br /> mon ownership, the distance between the nearest parts <br /> of such buildings shall be not less than twenty (20) <br /> feet. <br /> 7.4 Land Space Requirements Table: See following page. <br /> LAND SPACE REQUIREMENTS TABLE FOOTNOTES <br /> (1) Frontage may be measured at the front yard set back line the <br /> street is an arc of a curve with a radius of 300, or less provided <br /> F' there be in any event not less than sixty (60) feet width of such <br /> frontage at the street. <br /> s7 <br /> (2) Not less than the frontage requirements shall be maintained <br /> throughout the front yard depth, except as provided for in (1) <br /> above. <br /> 19 <br />
