Residential those lands shown on the 1985 Mashpee Assessor ' s Maps as Map 81 , Plot 1 and Map 87 , Plot 5 , all as shown on a ^ Avy map entitled " Proposed Route 28 Rezoning for Action at March 23 , 1987 Special Town Meeting " , or take any other action �µ thereon . Submitted by Town Planner ARTICLE 19 . ar To see if the Town will vote to appropriate $95 , 000 to conduct water well drilling , testing and engineering to 'r determine " Zone II " areas for two potential public water . ,. wells , including expenses incidental and related thereto , either by transfer from available funds or by borrowing , and to authorize the Treasurer , with the approval of the Board - gz of Selectmen , to borrow said sum or a portion thereof under and pursuant to Chapter 44 , Section 8 ( 3A) of the General Laws , or any other enabling authority , and to issue bonds or " kt' notes of the Town therefor with said bonding authorization 11 contingent upon passage of a referendum to exclude the principal and interest on such debt from the provisions of Propositions 2 1 / 2 , so-called ; and further to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from F available funds a sum of money to the Interest on Temporary a Loans Account and a further sum of money to the Issuance of ` Debt Account ; and still further to authorize the Board of Selectmen or Water Commissioners to apply for and accept Federal and/or State grants or loans or private funds toward the financing of the above items , or take any other action r� related thereto .
