7 Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate or transfer from available funds in the Treasury, that the Town has or will have under Chapter 782, of the act of 1962, the sum of $3,968.46 to the construction of 2,600 feet of Old Barnstable Road with 20 feet wide, 3-inch mix in place or take any other action thereon. Recommended by theFinanceCommittee; – - - f' Article 15. To see if the. Town,_will..vote. to, raise .and appropriate or take from available funds in the Treasury the sum of $5,000.00 to widen Lowell Road from Great Neck Road to Old Barnstable Road 4,600 feet and penetrate and seal coat with oil or take any other action thereon. Recommended by the Finance Committee. Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds in the Treasury or Road Machinery Funds the sum of-$7-,600.00 to purchase a sand and gravel screen portable conveyor or take any other action thereon. The Finance Committee does not recommend this ex- penditure at this time. Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to accept River Side Road on Seconsett Island as a Town Public Way as shown on a plan of Hamblin Pond Shores, Seconsett Island, owned by Arthur Underwood, May-1930, by Geo. A. Griffin, C.E. and authorize the Selectmen to lay out the same and raise and appropriate the sum of $100.00 or take any other action thereon. Recommended by the Finance Committee. Article 18. To see if the Town will vote to accept Bay View Road on Seconsett Island as a Town Public Way as shown on a plan of Bungalow Lots at Seconsett—for sale by Wallace Hatch, by E. C. Bourne, C.E., 1924—Recorded, Plan Book 12-P. 37 and authorize the Selectmen to lay out the same and raise and appropriate $100.00 or take any other action thereon. Recommended by the Finance Committee.
