Score of Audit <br /> The Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts (the Town) is a govern- <br /> inental agency established by the laws of the Commonwealth of <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> All operations related to the Town' s federal grant programs <br /> (National School Lunch program, Federal Emergency Program and Federal <br /> Education Grants) are included in the scope of the OMB Circular A-128 <br /> Audit Requirements for audits of state and local governments (the <br /> single audit) . The U. S. Department of Education has been designated <br /> as the Town' s cognizant agency for the single audit. <br /> Compliance testing of all general requirements, as described <br /> ir, the Compliance Supplement, was performed. Compliance testing <br /> of specific requirements was performed for the fallowing grant <br /> Programs. (Designated as nar,rnajc<r programs that constitute over <br /> 50% Of federal financial assistance) .
