If
you are incorporated, please provide this office with a copy of the Articles of Corporation of your
business. However, if you are incorporated, but doing business under a different name, you are
still required to file a business certificate.
We are always receiving telephone calls inquiring if a business is registered with the Town.
Therefore, it is in your best interest to register your business with us.
The fee for a business certificate in Mashpee is forty dollars ($40.00), which must
accompany your application. The license will be valid for four (4) years. Additionally, my office
offers free notary services.
Failure to license a business under this section shall be punishable by a fine of not more
than three hundred dollars for each month during which such violation continues.
If you require any assistance from me, please do not hesitate to call my staff or myself at
508-539-1400, ext. 8534.
S' erely,
/ / O / ✓ v e /vi l Deborah F.
