Greelish THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. Mr. Steven R. Ball , Acting Chairman 1. ) Warrant signed. 2. ) Mr. Ball stated, "Approval of the minutes of December 16 , 1993 will be withheld until such time as Mr. Doherty is in attendance. " r' APPOINTMENT: R. Mills/W. Wall - Clivus Multrum System/97 Shore Drive Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Attorney Robert Mills has re- quested this matter be continued to a later date. " Board members agreed. 3 . ) Letter of appreciation to O.V.C.C. . Bonvie & DiMaggio - Acknowledged. 4. ) Letter to Mrs. Saunders re: 71 Forest Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a situation where the Board ap- proved repair plans for an abutting lot. " "Once installation took place it was learned Mrs. Saunders leach pit is not on her property and is impeding the installation of the septic system at 70 Beechwood Drive. " "As per the Board's directive I forwarded a certified letter to Mrs. Saunders allotting 14 days in which to address the problem or at least make contact with us. " "As of yet we have received no reply. " "I did visit the site today however, there was no one home. " "The owner of the abutting lot contacted me this morning and ques- tioned the status. " "I explained the Board would be made aware of the situation this evening. " "In my opinion it is a civil matter between the two property owners. " "We have no reason to believe the system is in failure or that there is anything wrong. " "We have been made aware of the fact that her pit is not on her property. " Mr. Greelish relayed, "The next step is to inform Mrs . Saunders that she does not have a legal system and must ap- pear before this Board for a hearing. "
