MINUTES January 19, 1995 3 BOARD OF HEALTH
Mr. Gangemi responded, "Irving."
Mr. Cram questioned Mr. Gangemi, "What was the determining factor as far as 10
yards."
Mr. Gagemi responded, "My truck measures 11.5 yards with no sideboards."
"What I have is when your hauling demolition I can't carry a tailgate, it won't go through
a tailgate so I take my tailgate off." "And just looking at it the first few loads I would say
probably 8 or 9 yards." "I probably had a few 11 yards, 10 yards but it was not close to
14 yards." "So he agreed 10 yards." "That's what I thought it was." "Joe knew I was
coming in that morning and he should have came down there and looked at it then, I
thought, if there was going to be a disagreement."
Mr. Cram questioned Mr. Gangemi, "This load, was it mixed or what?"
Mr. Gangemi responded, "Mostly, no, no, metal, mostly wood basically demolition
stuff- a house, no concrete."
Mr. Cram questioned, "Plaster, drywall?"
Mr. Gangemi responded, "Yes, basically that, shingles."
Mr. Ball questioned Mr. Gangemi, "Your dumptruck that you have, the red one,
I've seen it, is that registered for 11.5 yards."
Mr. Gagemi responded, "They don't register in yardage." "Basically, I measured
it, it's 13' x 8' 3' deep which comes to 11.5 yards." "Without a tailgate your running low
but you can't put it right to the end with a tailgate." "Some loads were probably over 10
but the average was 10 yards, I thought." "I felt if it was more Mr. DiMaggio should have
came down and looked at it before and not wait until the end and tell me it's 14 yards
because Irving agreed 10." "A couple he was debating that he had to get 12 for it."
Mr. Ball questioned Mr. Gangemi, "How many loads did you bring in so far?"
Mr. Gangemi responded, " Eight loads, plus a little more."
Mr. DiMaggio stated, "I went in the dump that afternoon and I said to Irving
what's going on here I don't see - I was checking out the slips and I didn't see any slips
