TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> February 19, 1998 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball and Robert F. Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1.) Warrants signed <br /> 2.) Minutes were continued until all members are in attendance. <br /> APPOINTMENT Ronald Bonvie - Southport Update <br /> Mr. Ronald Bonvie, Mr. Issac Khafif and Mr. Jeff Crinan were in attendance for <br /> this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated, "As per an agreement with the Building Inspector early on, <br /> approximately 60 days ago, in order to get going out there and obtain building permits I <br /> was to meet with all the Board's and Committee's to basically, update them as to where <br /> the property stands." "I will provide a copy of the inspection of the roadways because as <br /> you are aware there are some sewer pipes in the roadway, (I will also provide to the <br /> Board a plan of the roadways)." "We went out and we inspected all manholes." "Every <br /> manhole that could be found we popped the covers, checked inverts and made sure that <br /> everything looked like it was in working condition." "Anything that was not found was <br /> probably not found because it was covered." "We need to get a machine out there <br /> however, we cannot right now per our agreement with the Building Inspector." <br /> Mr. Evans questioned, "How is that going to be resolved?" "Are you going to <br /> have someone to go out and physically find it and identify it?" "Is someone gong to be <br /> watching you?" <br /> Mr. Bonvie responded, "The health agents are welcome to come down any time <br /> they would like." "The only ones that haven't been found are the ones in the roadways <br />
