"We would take the toilet out that is there and install this toilet." "It is totally self-contained and O.S.H.A. approved." "It will be pumped once weekly." "We also had an issue with washing hands." "They now have a waterless antibacterial soap that we would like to use." "We will provide bottled water on-site." "I would expect that prior to any occupancy of the trailer for a member of the Board to inspect it." "I will also provide a contract with the people to make sure soap is supplied and that the unit is pumped on a weekly basis." "The trailer will have heat, electricity, drinking water, waterless soap and toilet facilities all within its confines." Mr. McQuaid questioned Mr. Bonvie, "Why won't the Building Inspector allow you access to Southport up to the drive-in to the existing sales office." Mr. Bonvie responded, "Mr. Hauck would rather not see anything happen until certain requirements are met." ' Mr. McQuaid stated, "First of all I would rather see a holding tank than a self- contained toilet unit within the trailer for sanitary purposes." "Secondly, no matter what the salesmen tells you about sanitary facilities it's not the same thing as having hot and cold running water." "I would like to attempt to work something out with the Building Inspector and Fire Department to allow you access to your sales office on-site." Mr. Bonvie stated, "I will be tearing down the guard shack at the entrance." Mr. Ball questioned, "What is the time frame?" Mr. Bonvie responded, "Im' hoping to get this trailer in within the next two weeks." Mr. Doherty questioned, "What's the condition of the sales office now?" Mr. Bonvie responded, "It's in deplorable shape."
