"Also, Athena Rodbell from the <br /> D.E.P. would like more test pits done around the landfill to more precisely determine the <br /> area where garbage was landfilled." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 5.) Variance and fee waiver request, Habitat for Humanity, 7 Hornbeam Lane - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "Habitat for Humanity is building a second home in Mashpee." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a 50' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to abutting well (13 Hornbeam Road), a 5' local variance from the <br /> proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well (98 Timberlane Drive), a 45' local <br /> variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well (4 Lantern Lane), and <br /> to waive the septic permit fee as the organization is non-profit, Mr. Doherty seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 6.) Emergency Failure Certification 16 Sunset Circle, 8 Seconsett Point Road and 26 <br /> Elizabeth Island Road <br /> 16 Sunset Circle - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the site and found the leach pit <br /> full." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 8 Seconsett Point Road - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found the <br /> cesspool caved in." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 26 Elizabeth Island Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the site and found the <br /> system in failure." "It will be replaced with a 1500 gallon septic tank which will be <br /> connected to the existing pit." <br /> Board members forwarded their signature's to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification"form. <br />
