TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> February 4, 1999 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Robert F. Cram, Sr., Steven R. Ball, John T. Doherty, <br /> Elias A. McQuaid, and Veronica Mayer <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Robert F. Cram, Sr., Chairman <br /> 1) Warrants signed. <br /> 2) Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of January 21, 1999, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Cram noted due to the absence of the 7:00 p.m., appointment, the Board <br /> would proceed to the next agenda item. <br /> 3) Residential Kitchen Permit Application "Sweet Harvest" - Mr. McQuaid stated, "I <br /> inspected the kitchen and found no problems other than the paper towels in the <br /> kitchen and bathrooms should be hanging from a hanger, not laying on the <br /> counter." "She also needs to have a thermometer in the dishwasher ensuring <br /> temperature reaches 180° upon the final rinse." "No further problems with this <br /> application." "She intends to bake wedding cakes and pastries, nothing of a <br /> potentially hazardous food material." <br /> Mr. Doherty asked, "Is she familiar with taking a food sanitation course?" <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I asked her about a dozen questions and she answered every <br /> one." "I think she is qualified to receive a permit." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "When we schedule a sanitation course, send her an invitation <br /> to let her know it's offered and also make her aware to get a copy of Chapter 10." <br /> Ms. Mayer noted she has a copy. <br /> Mr. Cram inquired, "When is she required a re-inspection?" <br />
