Cram, Sr., Steven R. Ball, John T. Doherty and Elias A. <br /> McQuaid <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Robert F. Cram, Sr., Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes: Minutes of April 28, 1999 and May 5, 1999 not available. <br /> 3. Letter from Town Counsel re: RFP <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 4. Definitive Subdivision Plan — MAC Realty Trust <br /> Applicant is requesting definitive subdivision of the submitted plan for 60 <br /> Falmouth Road, Mashpee. It is noted that the front lot is the only lot planned <br /> to be developed. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the subdivision plan. Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 5. Emergency Failure Certifications: <br /> 15 Shore Drive <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The cesspool is full. A new septic tank and shallow pit <br /> needs to be installed." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the emergency failure certification <br /> form. <br /> 55 River Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The pit is full. A new shallow pit needs to be installed <br /> more than 100'from the wetlands in the same location as the present pit." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the emergency failure certification <br /> form. <br />
