TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> April 6, 2000 <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball, John T. Doherty, Robert F. Cram, Sr., Elias A. <br /> McQuaid and Veronica A. Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of March 23, 2000 meeting (if available) <br /> No minutes available for approval. <br /> 3. Memo from Recycling Committee re: CRT roll-off <br /> Chairman Ball stepped down from discussion on this matter. <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 4. Copy of transfer station receipt- Coddington <br /> Chairman Ball stepped down from discussion on this matter. <br /> Mr. Doherty is requesting the Complainant and the transfer station Contractor <br /> come before the Board to discuss this issue at a later date. <br /> 5. Memo from Town Clerk re: Human Services & Recycling Committee <br /> reappointments <br /> Ms. Warden asked that the Board consider re-appointing the Human Services <br /> Committee with the following changes: Marie Younger has moved out of town as <br /> will be resigning from the Committee, Mary Anne Hendricks should be <br /> appointed as an alternate member and Mary Scanlan as a new member. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to re-appoint the existing Human Services Committee <br /> members with the exception of Marie Younger and with the addition of Mary <br /> Scanlan as a new member and Mary Arne Hendricks as an alternate member. <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Mr. Cram further motioned to re-appoint the members of the Recycling <br /> Committee. Mr Doherty seconded the motion. Mr. Ball abstained from voting. <br /> Motion passed. <br />
