Warrants signed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Cape & Islands Engineering, Preliminary discussion re: 59 Pond <br /> Circle and 30 Wheelhouse Lane <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering was in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> 59 Pond Circle <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that they are requesting a variance of 10' from the street line to <br /> the proposed soil absorption system. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a variance of 10' from the street line to the proposed <br /> soil absorption system pending the submission of a plan and variance request letter. <br /> Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 30 Wheelhouse Road <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that this is a three bedroom home which previously was approved <br /> to build a study which has already been built. He indicated that the owners would <br /> like to turn an existing bedroom into a loft/study with a 9' opening. There is an <br /> existing media room with an 8' opening. The homeowners are looking to add living <br /> space to the house, but not bedrooms and do not want to have to alter the existing <br /> septic system. The property is located in a Zone II. <br /> Board members indicated their preliminary approval for this project but did not <br /> approve it since no plans have been submitted for approval. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Coastal Waste Management re: Landfill mowing <br /> Mr. Maurice Cassanelli of Coastal Waste Management was in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Cassanelli stated that the capped landfill area at the transfer station needs to be <br /> mowed. Last fall quotes were requested and one was received in addition to Mr. <br />
