He is going to take the old tank out and replace it
with a new 1500-gallon take with a Fast system.
Ms. Warden then asked about the existing number of toilet facilities (?) and how
that would affect the Title V regulations.
Mr. Slavinskystated that he was not changingthat. He is hoping to eliminate the need for company to go
through his house to use the bathroom. He would also like a second means of
egress with a little balcony. There would be a door from the garage into the
stairwell and an existing door at the bottom of the stairwell into the other room.
They are not going to close off the family room.
Mr. Frank Meio interjected that he was the builder.
Mr. Ball stated that the BOH's main concern is that they will turn the room into a
bedroom.
Mr. Santos wanted to know how many bedrooms in the existing house at this
point in time.
Mr. Porter stated that it was a three-bedroom home with an 11,000 square foot
