Discussion centered on rile iocation of sheds and gs=eros on the property . It was suggested the gazei:roc be placed to the• front and the sheds to the rear of the lot . Fol lowinq discussion, it was agreed the second sign wili measure 1 ' x 12 ' located on the face of the b-uildinq ab•+ve the ridge . It will display green block lettering on white background framed with a border . Cleanup will take place where the plants currently exist . Committee members suggested Mr . Ferragamo revieq these plans and contact Mr . Retz . Persgy ' s Place 52 Falmouth Road coign ieviw i Ann and Newton Heston proposed pians for an adjustment to the present sign. Members concurred it was a much better sign than the existing one . Colors will be red, white , blue with yellow using the same frame . Anticipated opening date for Persey ' s is mid-May.
