Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday,April 13, 2006 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh,Thomas O'Hara, Lee Gurney,Robert Nelson, Mary LeBlanc, <br /> and Richard Stevens. <br /> Also Present: Andrea Adams—Cape Cod Commission <br /> Summary <br /> • Clover Courtyard—Stamped approved. Also, advised that in the future whoever is going to be added on <br /> the signboard should appear and show Design Review signage they plan to add. <br /> • 759 Falmouth Road, DreamMaker Bath&Kitchen— Stamped approved. <br /> • 440 Nathan Ellis Highway, Jimmy's BLT— Stamped Approved. <br /> • McShane Construction Co. -Not approved. Applicant to resubmit Plan and to show grading and how <br /> the 2 properties are going to interact. Revised Plan to be submitted a week before next Design Review <br /> Meeting date. <br /> • 14 Sampson's Mill Road-Not approved. Applicant to resubmit proposal showing site as one lot; show <br /> dumpsters on Plan; and bring ConCom plan to next Design Review meeting. <br /> • Duck Pond Limited Partnership—Not approved. Applicant again reminded to submit Plan of what <br /> applicant wants to build. Plans to be reviewed must be submitted one week before meeting date. <br /> Walter Yarosh, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> Sim <br /> 759 Falmouth Road <br /> Clover Courtyard Condominium <br /> Chris O'Brien appeared and showed photos and plot plan to show where signboard would be located. He said <br /> they are using white PBC posts and would be placing address"759" across headboard. Design Review advised <br /> Mr. O'Brien that in the future whoever is going to be added on the signboard should appear and show Design <br /> Review signage they plan to add. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped Approved. <br /> 759 Falmouth Road <br /> DreamMaker Bath&Kitchen <br /> Unit#5— Shoreline Sig, <br /> Kathleen Carney appeared and application was reviewed. wed 20 square feet. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> 440 Nathan Ellis Highway <br /> Jimmy's BLT <br /> Jimmy Supka appeared and explained he was replacing existing roof and street signage. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped Approved. <br />
