Minutes of Combined Meeting of ✓� <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Thursday, July 23, 2009 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Design Review Members Present: Tom O'Hara, and Robert Nelson. <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Richard Stevens, Building Inspector <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Local Inspector <br /> Sheldon Hamblin, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Tom.Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Paul Bryant, Police Department <br /> Also Present: Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Richard Stevens called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m. <br /> 43 Bowdoin Road <br /> Special Permit SP-94-15 <br /> Mobile communications tower <br /> Requests to locate six (6) antennas and related equipment on and <br /> Next to the existing tower <br /> Representative — Gerry Squires <br /> Gerry Squires appeared and stated that they ran a structural analysis on the existing tower and the <br /> analysis shows the tower will be able to accommodate the additional antennas and equipment. In <br /> reviewing the site plan, it was noted that the structure is not in the center of the lot. Mr. Squires said <br /> that questions from the Planning department have been addressed and the information is <br /> incorporated in the amended Application. <br /> Tom Fudala commented that according to the by-law Applicant was suppose to show all the buildings <br /> within 100 feet, but Tom Fudala said he doesn't feel that not doing this is important enough not to <br /> approve the Application. <br /> Bob Nelson asked whether or not these Plans would be recorded some place; and Richard Stevens <br /> responded that the Plans will be with the Building Permit. <br /> Conclusion: Richard Stevens motioned to approve the Application;.Tom Fudala seconded <br /> this motion; and it was unanimously approved. Richard Stevens stated that the written <br /> decision would be done and provided to the Town Clerk. <br /> Approval of Plan Review Minutes <br /> Tom Fudala motioned to approve the minutes of the Plan Review meeting held on June 11, 2009; <br /> Richard Stevens seconded this motion; and it was approved by Plan Review members. <br /> Adiournment...This joint meeting of Design Review and Plan Review adjourned at 9:22 a.m. <br /> janordlGilliberti <br /> ng Secretary <br />
