Approval of Minutes <br /> Design Review Minutes...Design Review Minutes of July 23, 2009 meeting were approved. <br /> Design Review and Plan Review Minutes—Sheldon Hamblin motioned the minutes of Design <br /> Review and Plan Review combined meeting of July 23, 2009 be approved; Robert Nelson seconded <br /> this motion; and it was approved. <br /> Walter Yarosh and Robert Nelson exited the meeting. <br /> Personal Kennel <br /> Martha Hopkins and Joan Martin <br /> 2 Back Road — Unit#39 <br /> Returning to the Committee for Review <br /> Charlie Maintanis read Glenn Harrington's comments from Glenn's August 12th memo, copy of which <br /> is attached to the printed set of these minutes. The comments ended with statement that the <br /> Applicants have complied with all BOH requirements. Joan Martin addressed the Committee and <br /> said that the people they worked with in USDA and Mashpee Town Hall were great. She said she <br /> and Martha really try to control the noise; they've reduced the number of dogs by one, who died. She <br /> said they use bark collars; installed special blinds; and leave the TV on so the dogs don't hear outside <br /> noises. Martha said when people hear "kennel license"they think you're breeding the dogs; maybe <br /> change the name to personal kennel. <br /> Charlie Maintanis mentioned the June 10, 2009 letter to them from the President of Otis Trader <br /> Village Corp. A copy of the letter is attached to the printed set of these minutes.
