• Glen Harrington asked whether gas and oil would be there? Mr. Brann responded "no" that_ <br /> there is no changing of gas tanks. Mr. Brann said when it comes in gas tank has to come in <br /> completely empty. Glen Harrington advised him that the Board of Health has limits of storage <br /> so he wanted to be perfectly clear. Mr. Brann said when motorcycle completely assembled, <br /> then they will fill it up. <br /> • They do not do any painting at all. <br /> • They modify mufflers—not for sound, but if you want a certain exhaust system they'd get it. All <br /> would be street legal. <br /> • They don't do testing...may take on the road. Mr. Brann was cautioned about not creating a <br /> disturbance. He said he is aware not to do that. <br /> Conclusions <br /> • Sheldon said they would probably issue an annual hot works permit for their purpose. <br /> • Mr Brann said they are working on having a bathroom installed (which is required by <br /> the Board of Health), as well as heating and electricity. <br /> • Sheldon told Mr. Brann they should look at putting in a basic fire alarm system, fire <br /> extinguishers, and all to be part of hot works permit.
