TOWlyFpF� <br /> c e , <br /> RLE Co"�P <br /> MASHPEE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION <br /> MINUTES OF MEETING HELD <br /> MONDAY,"RILL 17,2012 <br /> TOWN HALL—MEETING ROOM 1 <br /> Present: Terre Cook(Chair) <br /> Mary Leclair <br /> Carol Sherman <br /> Dino Mitrokostas <br /> Also Present: Tom Mayo, Assistant Town Manager <br /> Ken Marsters, prospective EDIC member <br /> Terrie Cook, Chairman, called the meeting of the EDIC to order at 6:08 p.m. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Carol Sherman made a motion to approve the minutes of March 19, 2012(with amendments—spelling of <br /> Mitrokostas to be corrected throughout minutes, from Mitrokoskas), seconded by Dino Mitrokostas, and passed <br /> unanimously(4-0). <br /> Communications/Correspondence <br /> Request of CCEC for May 5m meeting—It was stated that this meeting is actually being held on May P. Terrie, <br /> Mary, Carol and Tom Mayo plan to attend. <br /> Resignation from EDIC—Bob Walsh-Mr. Walsh has confirmed verbally to Mrs. Cook his desire to resign from <br /> the FDIC. Mrs. Cook requested a motion to accept his resignation. Motion made by Mary LeClair and Seconded <br /> by Dino Mitrokostas,passed unanimously(4-0) <br /> Email of interest in serving on EDIC Committee—Ken Marsters has expressed an interest in serving on the EDIC <br /> as stated in an e-mail received by Mrs. Cook. Mrs. Cook stated that"Ken is very interested in our Town". A <br /> motion was made to move Mr.Marsters' name to the Board of Selectmen recommending appointment by Carol <br /> Sherman, Seconded by Mary LeClair and passed unanimously(4-0). <br />
