A letter will <br /> be sent to-Miss Gale Sinkiewicz as to her intentions to re-apply <br /> this year.. , <br /> R. Maxim will get a final determination.'as to the inter- <br /> pretation of Martin Luther King's birthday as a' holiday. <br /> A_letter dated 4/24/75 .was read,from`George Green. , A . <br /> motion was made`and seconded to reaffirm ,the 'Board's decision' <br /> not to recommend the article requesting an .additional full-time`, _ <br /> skilled laborer, because of insufficient information and the- <br /> time necessary to substantiate that information which is on t. <br /> hand. p <br /> A letter will be sent ,to Chief Bingham', asking if he„wishes <br /> the Board to advertise immediately for the'position of secretary <br /> since we have received a resigning letter from Doris 'Hendricks,' <br /> effective May 30, 1975. :° <br /> A letter will be sent to Amelia Bingham, 'Indian Museum, <br /> stating° that the Board would support her recommendations that <br /> her employees be employed on an hourly. basis, as the demand ' <br /> requires, as long as the annual salaries do not :exceed those <br /> that will be approved in the budget. <br /> After a discussion of various articles for AnInual -Town <br /> Meeting, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> • Respectfully submitted, <br /> 1 j s a ' <br /> y <br /> -c <br />
