i <br /> _ I <br /> inutes of the Personnel Board Meeting of September 20, 1976 . <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Frank Leonardi, Chairman . <br /> with John Peters, Wilma Graham and Chester Brown attending. <br /> Minutes of September 7, 1976 were accepted as corrected, and the minutes <br /> of the meeting of September 13, 1976 were accepted as read. <br /> The Board interviewed various applicants for the positions of part-time <br /> secretaries for the Conservation Commission, South Cape Beach Advisory <br /> Committee and a part-time clerk typist for the Police Department. This <br /> being as a result of the present clerk typist submitting a letter of resig- <br /> nation. The Board took the following action: <br /> RECO12,TENDED: <br /> Mrs. Diana I-?. Pierce Part-time Clerk Typist Police Dept. <br /> Mrs. Sandra Detrick Part-time Secretary Conservation Comm. <br /> Mrs. Judith Sciarrillo Part-time Secretary South Cape Beach Adv.Comm. <br /> Letters will be sent to the above-mentioned departments with above- <br /> named applicants. <br /> The board discussed the proposed revisions to the SALARY ADMINISTRATION PLAN <br /> and decided to have an additional meeting for further discussion. Meeting <br /> _ to be held at the home of Wilma Graham, Tuesday September 28, 1976 at 7:00P ,14. <br /> Correspondence discussed and resolved as follows: <br />\� Letters sent to Florence Lucas--Town Treasurer advising her that: <br /> 1)1EANNEE HADDEN--Board concurs with Florence Lucas's request to waive her <br /> . probationary period effective October 1, 1976; however upgrading her <br /> from Step 1 to Step 5 denied as the proposed new Salary Administration <br /> Plan will correct any salary inequities. <br /> 2)School department employees including teachers do not come under the <br /> Town's Salary Administration Plan; therefore question directedto <br /> this Board not applicable regarding the length of time employment <br /> nec <br /> cessary for Blue Cross and Blue Shield coverage. <br /> .3)Frz/?c Hicks, executive Secretary is entitled to 5 PAID DAYS <br /> ' through December 31, 1976 as he became a full time employee on <br /> March 1, 1976. <br /> 4)Vacation and Sick time for town employees with the exception of the <br /> Police and Fire Departments are computed by calendar year. <br /> 5)Vacations approved: Earl Smith--10/4-10/28/76 <br /> Remmert gohmeyer--9/15-9/30/76 <br />
