\\ The regular meeting of the Personnel Board was called to order by <br /> /J1 Frank Leonardi, Chairman on Marcl+ 28, 1977 at 7:30 P.M. with <br /> members Wilma Graham, John Peters and Ken Parolski attending. <br /> The Board met with Peter Jacobson, Plumbing Inspector regarding <br /> changing his salary; however, he was advised that at this time <br /> the Personnel, Board can not recommend any changes because of the <br /> financial status of the Town; however, he may personally submit <br /> an article in the Annual Town Meeting through the Board of <br /> Selectmen's office. Board of Selectmen advised of this Board's <br /> feeling through communication. <br /> Letter received from Board of Selectmen reflecting suspension <br /> of Patrolman Fredercik A. Peters for the period of 3/17-3/31/77, <br /> and this will be made part of his record. <br /> .� Sent communication to Board of Selectmen that Jerry DePalma, Recreation <br /> Director was placed in Grade 15, Step 3--$10,767.96 because of <br /> added responsibilities. <br /> Further study was made on the new proposed Salary Administration <br /> Plan. Member Ken Parolski made a motion and Wilma Graham seconded <br /> it and the Board voted unanimously to adopt the following change in <br /> the new Salary Administration Plan: All merit increases will be <br /> effective January lst of each calendar year. Requests for annual <br /> merit increases shall be..presented to bhe Board for review, by <br /> D6cember lst of the preceding calendar year. <br /> Meeting was adjourned at 11:55 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Irene Kosarick <br />
