The Personnel Board meeting of March 14, 1977 was called to order by <br /> Frank M. Leonardi, Chairman with members Wilma Graham, Ken Parolski <br /> and John Peters attending. <br /> Minutes of February 23 , 1977 accepted as presented. <br /> Vacations approved as follows: <br /> B. Jean Thomas 4/4-4/8/77 <br /> Marie Fitzgerald 4/18-4/22/77 (4 days ) <br /> Vernon A. Thomas 4/1-4/3/77 <br /> 4/6-4/8/77 <br /> Wilson F. Landers 3/18-3/20/77 <br /> Jeanne Madden 3/28-3/30/77 <br /> George Bingham, Jr. 4/18-4/22/77 <br /> The .first order of business was interviewing members of the Mashpee <br /> Police Association, Robert Maxim represented the Board of Selectmen. <br /> The Board Members individually will study their notes and submit <br /> conclusions to the Board. Upon completion of this study, the Board <br /> will make recommendations to the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Monday evening, March 21, 1977 the Board will meet with Jerry DePalma, <br /> Park and Recreation Director as requested. <br /> Communications sent to Board of Selectmen that the Personnel Board <br /> requests tHat the article creating position of Personnel Officer <br /> •� remain in the forthcoming Town Meeting Warrant as originally submitted. <br /> Letter sent to Attorney Staff that salaries as proposed in the new <br /> Salary Administration Plan will be substantial enough without having <br /> to continue the $500.00 that was voted last year, as a one year payment. <br /> Advised Mrs. Joan Muse, Torn Accountant that Mrs. Helen Kondochriste <br /> Secretary/Dispatcher of the Righway Department who was made a permanent <br /> employee February 1, 1977 should be receiving a salary of $122.00 <br /> per week which reflects her status of Grade 6 Step 3. <br /> Table II, Job Titles and Departments of the new proposed Salary Admini- <br /> stration Plan was revised to reflect revisions. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 12:30 P.M. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Irene K_osarick <br /> CC:Board of Selectmen <br />
