Mr. Mills did not include the name of .fames Toner in the final three because of the score of the project, the time frame involved and the tact that Petr. Toner is a one man operation. All three appraisers will be interviewed at the next meeting (June 22nd) and Mr_ Mils is to arrange such interviews. Standard questions Will be prepared prior to the meeting and will be presented to the remainder of the committee prior to the interviews. Ms_ Ahlgren moved to invite all three candidates to the next meeting_ Seconded_ Action on Motion: ALL IN FAVOR. Ms. Murtha asked Mr. Rills if he thought a title company . should be hired to do the title searches first. Air. Mills thought the appraisers wouid have some ideas on that and that that should be one of the questions posed. RFP PROPOSALS Four responses to the RFP were presented to the Committee. Proposals were received from Cale Associates; Strekalovs ky 4, Hoit, Inc.: Drummey, Rosane, Anderson Inc.: and The Mount Vernon Group. Members of the Committee are to look over the proposals before the next rrfeeting_ ifs. Murtha will be checking references on CI-A: k1r. Jones on M ount Vernon; Mr. Griffis: on Gale; and Mr. "Aartiros on St,Ckalovsk . At the next meeting, discussions on the proposals will be held and three of the firms will be selected for interviews. Mr. Greelish presented information on R_S_ Means Cos" Data books. Mr. Dinizio will request the Selectmen order copies for the Committee. Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
