As I have indicated,our <br /> consulting engineers will be conducting a series of test pits within the near future in order <br /> to gather data on soil conditions at various locations in the Town,including the vicinity of <br /> your property here in Mashpee. f <br /> • I <br /> The test pits will consist of backhoe excavated holes approximately 8 to 10 feet deep. { <br /> Each test pit will be backfilled approximately 15 minutes after it is excavated,and the data I <br /> we gather will greatly assist the Town in its overall decision-making process for selecting a <br /> site for our new school. <br /> Respectful of the privacy of your property,rather than merely notifying you of this <br /> activity, I would like to receive your permission before your property is entered to gather <br /> any data. For this purpose, I have provided an acknowledgement line below for your <br /> signature to grant the Town permission to gather this data on your property.
