There are $433,000 of outstanding change <br /> estimates and another collection that have been rejected. That is almost one-half of a million <br /> dollars above the original contract which needs to be resolved. They also request consideration <br /> on payment application 417, which was submitted in December. <br /> Stone also issued a request for Substantial Completion this week. It usually comes part and <br /> parcel with occupancy. <br /> Pat Costello said there is an agreement that substantial completion will not be issued until all the <br /> work is completed. <br /> Mr. Johnson said that was an agreement,but agreements can be modified. <br /> They also request reconsideration of the agreements regarding schedule extensions. A schedule <br /> extension was requested with the change estimates. <br /> Pat Costello asked Mr. Johnson where we go from here, in his opinion? A schedule going <br /> through August to complete the job troubles him. What will be done by the end of February? <br /> W.
