Develop a common understanding of what it means to be a Professional Learning <br /> Community with a focus on collaboration, learning,and results. Identify the work <br /> that needs to be done at all grade levels in all content areas to answer the following <br /> questions: What do we want our students to know and be able to do? How will we <br /> know that they have learned what we want them to learn at a high level of mastery? <br /> What do we do for those students who have not yet mastered the learning <br /> standards?
