A parent and Brian Hyde,Superintendent of Mashpee Schools were in <br /> attendance.This meeting was held in the Quashnet School Library. <br /> • Minutes from the November 13,2013 meeting were reviewed and accepted. <br /> • Information about the agenda for future SEPAC meetings was provided. <br /> March: Return visit from a Mashpee High School graduate and <br /> Presenters from Mass Rehab will discuss transitioning <br /> May: Transition within Mashpee Schools <br /> • Handouts were distributed for the following events: <br /> 1 03-04-14 (6-8pm) Anxiety in Children: Symptoms&Successful Treatment at <br /> St. Mary's Episcopal Church Parish Hall in Barnstable <br /> .4 NAMI Basics/ (ongoing) Parent&Caregiver educational programs to support children <br /> and adolescents living with mental illness <br /> 4, SPED Child &Teen/(www.spedchildmass.com) upcoming programs and camps for <br /> special needs children <br /> • A questionnaire was distributed to get parent input and feedback on the creation of a video for <br /> parents of special needs children; the questionnaire will be used to capture the subject areas <br /> that are of interest to parents <br /> • There was discussion about the logistics of creating the video. <br />
