T School Improvement Planning Process GOAL 1 -ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMEN'C Draft Format for Action Planning: How are we going to get there? Strategic Goal Statement (What is the research base for this strategy?): 85% of KCC pre-k students will enter kindergarten prepared to be successful with the KCC literacy curriculum as measured by Reading Street Assessments, work sampling, student assessment portfolios, and TROLL.
