As today's Building Committee meeting has been postponed to next week, <br /> we would be grateful if you would forward us three copies so that we may distribute the <br /> same to TAMS and Beacon Construction. <br /> You may recall that, during the Building Committee meeting held on March 14, 1995, we <br /> referred to a reservation expressed by Pyramid Design that a further review should be <br /> undertaken prior to final documents. Pyramid Design has repeated their reservation and we <br /> attach a copy of their letter dated March 22, 1995. <br /> The other members of the Peer Review team have also expressed concern that the <br /> documents they reviewed were stated to be 100 percent. complete but a separate set of <br /> documents was issued for bidding purposes. <br /> In order to set the concerns of the peer review team at rest, please could you address the <br /> question of the changes which occurred between the '100%' set and the bid set documents <br /> when forwarding your written response to the peer reviews. Please give the technology <br /> drawings separate consideration. We shall provide Pyramid Design a copy of Childs' Final <br /> Report. <br /> V <br />
