Cook, Jr. presented a letter to the Shellfish Commission requesting <br /> renewal of his Shellfish Aquaculture License (Grant) number 006 for his shellfish <br /> farm area in Ockway Bay. The current license expires July 15, 2011. A motion <br /> to recommend that the Board of Selectmen renew Richard Cook's Shellfish <br /> Aquaculture License (Grant) number 006 in Ockway Bay was made by York and <br /> seconded by Holmes. Vote — unanimous in favor. <br /> Richard Cook also presented a proposal for a new Shellfish Aquaculture License <br /> area in Popponesset Bay east of the north tip of Popponesset Island. A motion <br /> for preliminary approval of a Shellfish Aquaculture License in the area subject to <br /> review of specific plans submitted at a later date was made by Marques and <br /> seconded by Holmes.
