To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town of <br /> Mashpee By-Laws, as amended, by deleting from Chapter 4, Article <br /> 4.61 REGULATIONS RELATIVE to PUBLIC SAFTY, the section 4.6.3. <br /> FENCES AROUND SWIMMING POOLS and insert a new section 4.6.3 .ft <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Section 4.6.3 FENCES AROUND OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOLS. All private <br /> outdoor swimming pools shall -be fenced around the entireperi- <br /> meter of the _pool to a height not less than five feet from grade, <br /> except for any fence in existence on the effective date of this <br /> by-law which may have a height of not less than four feet. Any <br /> person violating the provisions of this by-law shallbe punished <br /> by a fine not �o exceed $20:00 for each offense.
