Motion carried. <br /> Article 43.. ,To see if the Town will vote to reimburse former <br /> Landfill Operator, Wilbur A. Oakley, for the loss of tractor ��;A,, <br /> motor oil, hydrolic oil, . fuel oil, pumps and tanks, heavy,; <br /> equipment parts , heavy equipment repair tools, bulldozer and <br /> ' equipment used in the op <br /> eration of the. <br /> loader, buckets and other equip <br /> landfill. ' The fire took place September 1978, and the Town <br /> did not have the building covered by insurance. ) <br /> ACTION: Moved and seconded to accept as read. Mr. Oakley <br /> indicated the loss to be $3,500.00. II <br /> „ . Mr. Garland moved that this Article be indefinitely <br /> postponed. Seconded. Motion carried, hand count <br /> 175 affirmative, 70 negative. <br /> Article 44. To see if the Town will vote to prohibit the taking n <br /> of eels by potting from the Bays, Rivers and Tidal inlets within <br /> the Town of Mashpee, or take anv other action thereon. <br /> ACTION: Moved and seconded that the Town will vote to prohibit <br /> the taking of eels by potting from the Bays, Rivers <br /> and Tidal Inlets within the Town of Mashpee as provided <br /> i <br /> for under the provision of Chapter 130, Section25 of <br /> the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. <br /> Moved and seconded that Article 44 be indefinitely II <br /> postponed. Motion carried. <br /> Article 45. To see if the Town will vote to limit to 10HP, theI ' ;' <br /> size of gasoline engines on the freshwater ponds within the bound- <br /> paries of the Town of Mashpee.
