Fixed or floating piers, wharfs or <br /> docks, both seasonal and year-round, not in <br /> excess of forty-five feet in overall length <br /> from mean low water subject to the securing o <br />.l all necessary permits from the Town, State <br /> and Federal Government units having juris- <br /> diction over inland and/or coastal waterways <br /> and wetlands. A special permit shall be re- <br /> quiied for. all of the foregoing in excess <br /> of forty-five feet.
