Barnstable, sae Greetings: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and summon the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections, to meet -at the Mashpee Biddle School on Monday, the 12th day of September 1983, at 7: 30 p.m. for the following purposes: To ,act'on the Articles contained in the following Warrant: Article 1. To see if the Town will "vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of $1,000 to help defray expenses of the Cape Cod Council on Alcoholism, said funds to be expended under the direction. df the Board of Selectmen. - Motion made and seconded to Raise and Appropriate 1000.00.. . To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate from available funds the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty dollars ($1,850) to be used for the Mashpee children being served by the Cape Cod Child / Development Program, Inc. , (Headstart) .
