The Moderator read Article 28 Article 28. To see if the town will vote to amend Section 5.1 of the Zoning By-Law by adding the words "or structure" to the third line following the words "but no such lawfully non-conforming use" , or take any action relating thereto. Mr Garland: I move Article 28 as printed, excepting the phrase "or take any action relating thereto" Motion seconded. Kr Marsters: The Planning Board held a public hearing on this change. There was no opposition; it is just a language change.that was giving the Board of Appeals a problem. The Planning Board unanimously approved the change. All in favor say aye; opposed no Unanimous vote The Moderator read Article 29 Article 29. To see if the town will vote to amend Section 9.6 of the Zoning By-Law by deleting in line four of the first sentence of paragraph one the words " for developments" and by deleting in line one of the first sentence of paragraph three the word "three" and substituting therefor the word "four" and by deleting in lines two and three of the first sentence of para- graph three the words "a third member" and substituting therefor the words "two members" and by deleting the third, fourth and fifth sentence of paragraph three and substituting therefor the following "One of the two members appointed by the Board of Selectmen shall be an architect, landscape architect, or civil engineer. In the event that no such person is available the Design Review Committee may retain, with prior approval of the Board of Selectmen, the services of an architect, land- scape architect, or civil engineer" , or take any action relating thereto. Mr Marsters: jAs Chairman of the Design Review Committee, I move this Article as printed excepting the phrase"or take any action relating thereto" Motion seconded Mr Marsters: The Design Review Committee discovered we needed the service of an architect and a landscape designer; that is why these changes. As Chairman of the Planning Board, The Board held a public hearing and there was no opposition and the Planning Board unanimously voted for this change. Mr Ferguson: I question the words "two members". Does this mean two mem- bers could show up out of four?
