To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning .By-Laws by amending the zoning map to change from I- 1 Industrial to R-3 Residential those lards shown on the 1985 Mashpee Assessor ' s Maps as Map 81 , Plot 1 and Map 87 , Plot 5 , all as shown on a map entitled "Proposed Route 29 Rezoning for Action at March 23 , 1987 Special Town Meeting" , - Motion to accept as read. . .. seconded. . . . .motion carries YES114. . . . . . .NO 34. . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .9: 11 P.M. ARTICLE 19 . To see if the Town will vote to appropriate $95 , 000 to conduct water well drilling , testing and engineering to determine " Zone II " areas for two potential public water wells , including expenses incidental and related thereto , either by transfer from available funds or by borrowing , and to authorize the Treasurer , with the approval of the Board o` Selectmen , to borrow said sum or a portion thereof under and Dursuan, to Chapter 44 , Section 8 ( 3A ) of the General Laws , or any other enabling authority , and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefor with said bonding authorization contingent upon passage of a referendum to exclude the principal and interest on such debt from the provisions of Propositions 2 1 /2 , so-called ; and further to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds a sum of money to the Interest on Temporary Loans Account and a further sum of money 'to the Issuance of Debt Account ; and still further to authorize the Board of �Electir"En ur Water CummiSsioners to apply for and accept - Federal and/or State grants or loans or private funds toward the - inancing of the above items Moticr to -adefiritely postpone. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .9 : 12 _ .. .
