ARTICLE 21 . To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law by renumbering the Section 11C and Subsection 11 . C . 1 adopted under Article 20 of the September 22 , 1986 Special Town Meeting and the Section 11C . 3 adopted at the December 1 , 1986 Special Town Meeting to become Subsections 11 . D . 1 , 11 . D . 2 and 11 . D . 3 respectively and furthermore to make the following additions or amendments , or take any other action thereon : Add above the renumbered Subsection 11 . D . 1 the following new section heading : " 11 . D Temporary Restricted Areas . " Also , replace the phrase "except those otherwise protected by Massachusetts Statute " in the first sentence of the renumbered Subsection 11 . D . 1 with the phrase "except permits for additions , alterations , accessory structures on single- family residential lots , one single-family residence for the owner of any lot on January 1 , 1987 who has not received a permit for a new recidenre• during the previous 24 months and in Mashnee who has 4SKUXM his intention to reside on the premises , or other structures otherwise protected by Massachusetts statute" . XXXinsert given written notice to the Building Inspector Also , replace the phrase " ' Proposed Restricted Areas for Action at Special Town Meeting of September 22 , 1986 ' and dated July 25 , 1986" with the phrase " ' Groundwater Protection District , Town of Mashpee ' dated January , 1987" indicating a revised map of the areas to which the renumbered Section 11 . D applies which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk .
