17 ARTICLI-11 -Law by changing the phrase "April To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By 1987" in the first sentence of Subsection 1 I.B.4.1 to read "January 1988," and by replacing Subsection I I.B.4.4.1 with the following: "4.4.1 Including all of the land within the following described lines: Beginning at the point where the southern shore line of Ashu met Pond intersects the Mashpee/Falmouth Town line; Thence southeasterly and easterly along the Mashpee/Fal mouth Town Line to the westerly sideline of Falmouth Road (Route 28); Thence northerly and westerly by the eastern property line of the 1987 Mashpee Assessors' Map 87, Plots 4 and 5, Map 88, Plot 40 and Map 8 1, Plot I to the southerly line of the New Bedford Gas and Electric Light Company easement where it intersects the western property line of Map 8 1, Plot 6: Thence westerly 1567 feet, more or less, to the easterly sideline of existing Whitings Road; Thence northerly by the easterly sideline of existing Whitings Road to its intersection with the south sideline of the Nathan S. Ellis Highway (Route 15 H. Thence westerly by the southern sideline of the Nathan S. Ellis Highway (Route 151 to its intersection with the Childs (Herring) River: Thence northerly along the centeriine of the Childs River and westerly and northerly along the shore line of Johns Pond to its intersection with the northern property line of Assessors' Map 57, Plot 44A; Thence northwestely along the northern property line of Assessors' Map 57, Plot 44A a distance of 609 feet, more or less to its intprsection with the eastern sideline of Hooppole Road: Thence west northwesterly in a straight tine to the intersection of the northern property line of Assessors' Map 57, Plot 42 and the shore line of Ashumet Pond; I Thence westerly along the shore line of Ashumet Pond to the point of'beginning at the Mashpee/Fal mouth Town Line."
