Warwick & Assoc., Inc., a copy of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by eminent domain on behalf of the Town of Mashpee the land within the sidelines of said layout for this purpose and to appropriate and transfer S 1,000 from funds donated for this purpose for an award of damages under direction of the Board of Selectmen, Mo-�io- to accept as orin-�ed. . . . . . . .Unan-im0'US vote.
