Town of Mashpee Special Town Meeting Voters present 162 try meeting called to order qt t�1�`� quorum 100 at 7 :40 P.M. �`"1 BARNSTABLE, ss: Greetings To the Constables of the Town: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,you are hereby directed to notify and summon the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections a to meet at the Mashpee Middle School on Monday, the eighth day of May 1989, at 7:30 P.M. for the following purposes: A To act on the Articles contained in the following Wan-ant y Article 1 A To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-law by amending Section 2 as follows: In Subsection 2.2a) change the fust word from'Umt'to "Apartment' In Subsection 2.2b) and 2.2c)change the phrase'apartment units"to the word 'apartments'. Unanimous } Article 2 To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-law by amending Subsection 6.2.2 to replace the sixth paragraph with the following: 'Special Permits shall only be issued following a public hearing held within sixty-five(65) days, but not less than forty-five(45) days after the filing of an application which conforms in form and content with the requirements of this section, including all required plans,supporting documents and abutters lists, and any other application requirements established by the special permit granting authority,with the Town Clerk.
