Article 1: <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and instruct the Board of Selectmen <br /> to file a Home Rule Petition, so called, with the General Court in substantially the <br /> following form: <br /> AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF MASHPEH TO REINOURSE OTIS <br /> TRAILER ER VILLAGE, INC.
