Article 3:. To see if the Town will request the voters of the Town, acting under the provisions of Chapter 782 of the Acts of 1981, as amended, Proposition 2 1/2 "so- called, to be submitted to them at a subsequent election; 1. Shall the Town of Mashpee be allowed to exempt the total amounts required to pay for bonded indebtedness incurred prior to the passage of Proposition 2 1/2 from the Town's limit? 2. Shall the Town of Mashpee be allowed to exempt from the provisions of Proposition 21/2, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to construct the Mashpee Town Library, authorized under Article 59 of the warrant for the 1985 Annual Town Meeting? 3. Shall the Town of Mashpee be allowed to exempt from the provisions of Proposition 2 1/2, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to construct the Mashpee D.P.W. garage, authorized under Article 10 of the warrant for the July 2, 1984 Special Town Meeting? 4. Shall the Town of Mashpee be allowed to exempt from the provisions of Proposition 2 1/2 the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to construct the Regional Transfer Station authorized under Article 1 of the warrant for the May 2, 1988 Special Town Meeting? 5. Shall the Town of Mashpee be allowed to exempt from the provisions of Proposition 2 1/2 the amounts required to pay for the bond issued in order to construct the Wastewater Facility Plan authorized under Article 3 of the warrant for the November 28, 1988 Special Town Meeting?
