The two coastal storms ( Hurricane Bob and the ' Halloween Storm' ) <br /> o&-1991 have resulted in extensive damage to coastal landforms and structures " <br /> The Commission has already experienced a significant increase in workload due <br />, to applications and violations related to storm damage ; this expanded workload <br /> is expected to continue to increase and remain problematical throughout the <br /> remainder of 1992.
