S. Fish and Wildlife Service on certain portions of the new high school site <br /> which lie along the Quashnet River and south of, and including, a Commonwealth Electric <br /> power line easement. The Restriction will not affect any of the land proposed to be used for <br /> school facilities, including future expansion areas. It is proposed by the Selectmen in order to <br /> provide the Fish & Wildlife Service with a legal interest in a parcel of land, which is required <br /> before they can begin formal operations of the proposed National Wildlife Refuge. C. 82, §21-24, the relocation and <br /> alteration of the layout of Great Oak Road as a public way as shown on a plan entitled "Roadway <br /> Easement Plan of Land, Mashpee, Massachusetts", prepared by Bostwick Engineering, Inc., <br /> dated June 15, 1994 which layout shall have been filed in the office of the Town Clerk not later <br /> than seven days prior to the date of the vote hereunder, and to authorize the Board of Selectmen <br /> to acquire by gift, purchase or eminent domain taking any land necessary for the purposes of <br /> such way as so relocated and altered, and to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds <br /> or borrow a sum or sums for such purchase or taking and for constructing or reconstructing such <br /> public way, or take any other action relating thereto. <br />
