<br /> Compass Drive, Topsail Road, Ships Rudder Drive, Ships Wheel Drive, Davit Road, Porthole
<br /> Drive, Ships Anchor Drive, and Shipwreck Drive, as public ways as shown on plans entitled
<br /> "Compiled Road Taking Plan for Clipper Ship Village Subdivision in Mashpee, Barnstable
<br /> County, Massachusetts", dated January 25, 1995 by the B.S.C. Group, Inc., which layout shall
<br /> have been filed in the office of the Town Clerk, not later than seven days prior to the date of the
<br /> vote.hereunder; and to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, purchase or eminent
<br /> domain taking any land necessary for the purposes of such ways as so laid out, and to raise and
<br /> appropriate, transfer from available funds or borrow a sum or sums for such purchase or taking
<br /> and for constructing or reconstructing said public ways, including costs therefor, and further to
<br /> authorize the Board of Selectmen to assess betterments to the owners of the land abutting the
<br /> ways, or take any other action relating thereto.
